NEON PINK

Vintage 80's pink neon tights!
It's all about neon right now and if you don't have some, go get something neon.
I found these in my mom's closet( my mom has a pretty cool closet)
I also have neon blue, but I decided to go with the pink.

This shoot was done with Lianna Michelle Photography

She brings such grace and beauty to all her photos.
It is really rare to find a photographer who can
capture the real image of a person in a photo.
I absolutely love this person and her work.

Soulless Habit

You Can See Me Through The Night

you say that you're a dreamer,
yet you're always using mine

I hope one day you wake up to the sky
instead of the mirror you've positioned real time

it's sad to think a glimpse of you once stood well and tall
now you're only history
one that's written small

to fall into your trap of hell
so cunning and so bright
is like wishing for a warm fire when your drenched in gasoline
right?

the black hole your soul's become
reminds me of a song
a song you've written for yourself
you sing it all day long

please forgive me when i say
i laughed myself to sleep

thinking you could once be a man
yet that's just "too deep"

the days are growing stronger
something you know nothing of

you've surrounded yourself with distraction
to keep from thinking too long

if it helps to put things in perspective
why not use a dictionary

we know it helps you sleep at night
once you've "defined" my destiny

i can't explain how free i am
to know that you're so gone

my wings have grown
so big
i've been soaring since the dawn

farewell my soulless habit
your time is over done

please bless the people you inflict
lets hope their heart beats strong.

* I wrote this poem about a bad "habit" you know what I'm talking about.
do you connect at all?
share if you do! :)
Polaroid picture was taken camping several weeks ago.
I felt it spoke words to this poem.

Breakfast at Tiffany's

The famous
"Breakfast at Tiffany's"

I decided to watch the film and capture all the great stylish scenes that everyone on earth has been talking about for  50 years! I also provided my favorite quote from the movie. There is something about Holly's character that I relate to so much. I believe a lot of women relate to her. The fragile, yet completely courageous woman that she is. She's completely lovely, and insane all at the same time. We've all been there at one point, and we fell in love with her style and her character. Not to mention the classy and classic Audrey Hepburn, who continues to astound me with her feminine grace and beauty. This one comes from heart and I would love to hear any comments you might have about it. Please do share! <3

"You know what's wrong with you, Miss Whoever-you-are? You're chicken, you've got no guts. You're afraid to stick out your chin and say, "Okay, life's a fact, people do fall in love, people do belong to each other, because that's the only chance anybody's got for real happiness." You call yourself a free spirit, a "wild thing," and you're terrified somebody's gonna stick you in a cage. Well baby, you're already in that cage. You built it yourself. And it's not bounded in the west by Tulip, Texas, or in the east by Somali-land. It's wherever you go. Because no matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself. " -Paul or "Fred"

*if you click on the picture it will enlarge it. I didn't want to make them the real size as it would take up too much room.
